I've been involved in large dog breeds all my life, and for much of that I have enjoyed participating in Dog Obedience. I fell in love with the Corsos, when I was looking to replace a German Shepherd that had died unexpectedly at 21 months of age. I had always toyed with the idea of getting a mastiff type dog, but was not sure which one.
I didn't want a dog who drooled too much, or that wasn't active, or that would not excel in Obedience. Great Danes don't live long enough and to me look a bit gangly. I dont want to upset too many other dog breeders so won't go on explaining why I didn't choose other breeds, but in searching on the internet, I stumbled on the Cane Corso!
The more I read, the more I realised that this was the breed for me! It had every attribute I was looking for, intelligence, train-ability, substance, calmness, protectiveness, agility, loyalty, strength, reasonably long life for a big dog, but more importantly was a great companion, & family dog.

So, I went about purchasing my first Corso, from there, I was not disappointed! In fact I was in love!!! They met every criteria that I wanted in a dog. For such a large protective dog, they were also couch potatoes, who believe they are lap dogs. They are simply wonderful. One thing they are not, is a just a yard dog, with hardly any interaction!!! They are people dogs and need to be with their humans. They are not needy, but want and yearn for your company.!

I have always wanted to breed dogs and now my life has changed direction, I am able to spend every day with my extended Corso family!
My aim and passion is to breed the best Corso possible. Most importantly good stable temperaments, good bone, good conformation, and health. All my breeding dogs & bitches will be Penn Hip tested, as well as having completed all other relative health checks. My breeding stock have all passed temperament testing in many differing situations.
All new puppies will be socialised with people, other animals, and will have experienced many varied outings, before leaving for their new homes. We ask for a $500 non refundable deposit to secure your pup. Deposits may, how ever, be transferred to another upcoming litter or another available pup. Once the pup is 6 weeks old we will ask for the balance due so we can process the necessary paperwork.
